Through this program, we serve as the temporary owner of the property you want to buy, assessing what repairs need to be done, and making them before you move in. Our inspection and contracting professionals focus on repairs that make the home safer, more energy-efficient, and meet the requirements of lenders, appraisers, and loan programs. A lead-based paint inspection is performed on all houses built before 1978. If hazards are found, they are addressed. Up to $25,000 in minor or major repairs can be made through the program. These costs become part of your purchase price. We offer financial assistance to income-eligible buyers for help with down payment and closing costs at 0% interest.
